FAQs

In this section, I aim to answer the most frequently asked questions about the entire library covering peak human performance, nutrition, health, and recovery.

Is the entire library published?

Not yet. The library is continuously being developed and expanded by Maxim Trube, with new articles published on a daily basis. The full library is expected to be completed and published by 01.09.2026.

Was AI involved in writing the articles or creating the training guides?

No. AI was NOT involved in writing the articles or creating the training guides. Everything has been written and created by Maxim Trube himself.
AI was used only for proofreading and language refinement.

What will be released in the quarterly updates?

All articles are dynamic, meaning they can be updated at any time. Maxim Trube reviews and updates the content on a quarterly basis, based on the latest published research. In addition, training guides and protocols may also be revised and refined in line with new scientific findings and practical insights.

Where can I stay up to date with the quarterly changes?

All quarterly updates are announced in the Telegram group of Maxim Trube MD. You can find the link in the contact section.

What upcoming sections will be added?

New sections dedicated to cycling, strength training, and mobility will be added. Additionally, a major expansion of the health and nutrition section is planned for 2027.
